Cancellation Policy

At The Modern Muse, we take pride in providing high-quality, professional treatments with dedicated time for every client. To protect the time and preparation involved in your appointment, please review our cancellation and deposit policy below. Booking Deposit • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • This deposit is non-refundable, unless the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling • If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your new booking. • Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. No-Shows • Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in full loss of your deposit. • Repeat no-shows may be required to pay for future appointments in full at the time of booking. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time for your treatment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your full treatment, and your deposit may be forfeited. ________________________________________ We understand that life happens – and we will always do our best to accommodate emergencies.
